Delivery Information

The team at Mr Drinks consists of dedicated, highly trained staff who promptly handle each order as soon as it's placed, working together to ensure fast, secure shipping every time.

Our deliveries take place Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside office hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day. For security, all deliveries will be made exclusively to the billing address associated with the card used at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days, with expected delivery within 7 working days. Should any item be unavailable, you’ll be promptly notified by email.

For updates on your order, simply log in to your account. All UK mainland deliveries are handled by Parcel Force and Royal Mail, and you can track your shipment on the respective carrier’s website based on the service used.
