What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday 12pm - 10pm/ Sunday 12pm - 8pm
Can I come and collect my order if I pay online?
No, your order will be delivered to the billing address.
Are the deals online also available in the shop?
Deals/Gift Sets advertised online are exclusive to online purchases only and are not available in the shop. however the shop will have there own Deals/Gift sets.
Can I pay for my order over the phone?
No, we do not accept payments over the phone for security reasons.
Are you open on the weekends?
Our Online services and shop are open on the weekends and some Bank Holidays, please check opening times as they frequently updated.
If I place an order will it arrive the next day?
We do offer Next day delivery, Orders need to be placed by 3pm (Mon- Thurs), if placed on a Friday your order will not be received until the next working day.
How much is standard & next day delivery?
£1.50 will be added to every bottle with an addition cost for Standard or Next Day delivery.
How long is Standard delivery?
Standard Delivery is 2-5 working days (Mon- Fri), but we aim to have your order with you in 2 working days.
Can an order be delivered to me on the weekend?
All orders placed will be delivered during the week only Mon-Fri.
How are orders placed delivered?
Currently orders are delivered by ParcelForce/RoyalMail (please note this is subject to change)
Can orders only be made during the week only?
No, orders can be placed any day at any time because we are an online. But if orders are placed over the weekend it will not be processed until the next working day.
Do you ship to Europe?
No we do not ship to Europe. We only ship goods within mainland UK
I placed an order but would like to add another item to my order, how can I do this without having to pay more for delivery?
Please contact the Mr Drinks Uk Team ASAP either by phone or email to cancel the order raised, then place a new order with the required number of items needed. As long as your order hasn’t been shipped.
I placed an order, but have now realised that the item is out of stock what should I do?
You will be contacted by the Mr Drinks Uk Team either by phone or email advising you of when the item is back in stock. If you want to wait until the item is available, then your order will be placed on hold or if you cannot wait and would prefer to cancel the order then we will issue you with a refund or alternatively exchange the item with something of the same price value.
I placed an order and still haven’t received it what should I do?
Please contact the Mr Drinks Uk, either by phone or email and one of the Mr Drinks Uk Team will be able to assist you.
I missed my delivery with the courier, what should I do?
The courier should have left you a delivery note of how to retrieve your order, If they haven’t then please contact Mr Drinks UK Team and we will be able to assist you.
What happens if my order has been placed on hold, despite the money being taken from my account?
Please contact Mr Drinks UK Team and we will be able to assist you.
Can orders be sent to different address?
No, your order will be delivered to the billing address.
How long does it take for refunds?
Refunds can take up to 3-7 working days to show up in your account. You will need to cover the costs of sending goods back to us.
What if I have an Urgent order and need it delivered for the weekend?
Please contact Mr Drinks UK Team and we will be able to assist you.
How many bottles are in a case?
6 bottles in a case
Can I phone and reserve my drinks?
No, drinks can only be reserved once paid for.

For all Online queries you can reach us by calling us on 020 8677 9064 Mon – Fri 1 pm – 7 pm or sending us an email to infomation@mrdrinksuk.com. If you have contacted us outside office hours then we will contact you the next working day.
If you have sent us an email at the weekend then it will be responded to the next working day.
